Yen and Ivy's Beautiful Hawaiian Wedding at the Fairmont Orchid

I met Yen and Ivy in a coffee shop in San Francisco, and from the moment we met we hit it off! Yen is a very talented “amateur” photographer and photo enthusiast, so he and I had a lot to talk about right away! As you can imagine it was very exciting talking with them about the prospect of joining them on their big day at the Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island of Hawaii!

We first met up for their Yen & Ivy’s Engagement Shoot in San Francisco at Sutro Baths. If you would like to see the moments we captured for them on that day you can see the blog post HERE.

For their wedding in Hawaii we flew in a day early, and enjoyed some time down at the pool, the beach, and did a bit of snorkeling before the festivities began. The wedding day was was gorgeous as you can imagine a wedding being taking place in this amazing tropical paradise. The venue, the weather, the couple, and all of the friends and family were just beautiful!

While on the Island and at the wedding, Yen and Ivy treated us not just as respected vendors, but also as valued guests at their celebration. The hospitality was amazing. We enjoyed amazing food and all of the festivities right along side them with their family and friends! How truly blessed I am to have clients so wonderful!
