I had an amazing time with Chelsea and Zachary for their engagement shoot Mitchell Katz at Ruby Hill Winery in Pleasanton! What an amazingly fun couple! I am shooting their wedding in Berkeley coming up in May and can’t wait!
It was a beautiful afternoon at the winery for photos! The winery was closed, so we had the place to ourselves! As you can see from the photos we shot along the sides of the beautiful doors a lot. We did spend some time shooting in the vineyard as well.
Chelsea and Zachary live near me in the Walnut Creek area. After our shoot in Pleasanton we headed to downtown Walnut Creek and got a few shots there! For these photos we really wanted to try to get something very creative, and very dramatic! We started out with a few romantic shots of them in the parking garage. Then we headed into the Cheesecake Factory! There is this amazing hallway leading into the restaurant where we stopped and got some amazing stuff! The last shot of the evening was outside of the Neiman Markus building! I just love it!
Special thanks to my second shooter, Kelley Haynes for assisting and Scott Mosher for second shooting!
Here are only a few of my favorite photos from the day!
P.S. Chelsea and Zachary decided to elope before their big wedding day in May! I joined them at the San Francisco Court House to take photos and be their witness! It was unbelievably romantic! CLICK HERE to see their elopement photos!!!
