Beautiful Hyatt Carmel Highlands Wedding – Maren and Jon

Maren and Jonathan are a wonderful couple from San Francisco.  We enjoyed our day in the City a few months back creating some fabulous engagement images and we were so looking forward to shooting their wedding at the gorgeous Hyatt Carmel Highlands Inn.

The day started off with an intimate beach ceremony which included the signing of the Ketubah.  The early morning fog broke as we arrived at the beach and it was a beautiful day as Maren and Jon exchanged their vows.  Back at the Highlands Inn the main ceremony was held on a deck overlooking the ocean.  The guests enjoyed an amazing view as they celebrated the joining of two families.  After the ceremony it was up the stairs to the reception venue which had a wall of windows offering that same beautiful view of the ocean that we enjoyed from the deck.  

The Hyatt Carmel Highlands Inn is such a beautiful location for a wedding, we are hoping to shoot here often in the future!

Then it was back to the Highlands Inn to get ready for the formal evening ceremony for all the family and guests.
